You are permitted to use generated content Assets and components commercially and or on behalf of your customers, except for re-distribution purposes. For example, when some NEEDEE.NET component is publicly hosted on your site specifically for the purpose of public downloading and copying.

Termination

The Site reserves the right to terminate your account and or to block your use of the Site without notice in its sole discretion.

All the services, components, templates and software on the site provided "AS IS", without any warranty to the fullest extent permitted by the law.

Limitation of Liability

In no event NEEDEE.NET or any legal entity affiliated with the Site will be liable for any damages arising from using the Site

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NEEDEE.NET or any legal entity affiliated against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Site, your breach or alleged breach of the Site Terms or of any representation or warranty contained herein, your unauthorized use of the NEEDEE.NET, or your violation of any rights of another.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are made only for the full month. If you purchased a plan for a full year you can get a refund for remaining full months left. Upon refund all discounts will be voided.
